Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5362034.

Bins at 21 Raploch Avenue not been fully emptied. Refuse collectors left one bin full.

Also the refuse collectors have left us with only 4 wheelie bins for 6 flats which are all 3 bedroom (some other back courts have 7 bins).

There is nowhere near enough capacity for rubbish/recycling in certain back courts.
