Road flooded

Reported via iOS in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 12:22, Thu 28 December 2023

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5361066.

Road is flooded on A6 next to wardown park entrance that is causing vehicles to spray the footpath with the flood water. This is causing pedestrians and cyclists to get soaked as they go past the flooding. This happened to me this morning and needs to be sorted.

Updates

  • This happened again yesterday. 3 times I was soaked by cars driving through standing water. Plus the cycle lane is very slippery with compounded leaves creating a slippery surface. And with low lighting it is hard to see other people on the cycle lane.
