Traffic islands Meridian Way

The traffic islands along this stretch of road have not been working for well over a year now. The lights have stopped working on all of them and the ones near the roundabout with junction of Fleming Road flash intermittently. During the night time hours the road is pitch black so please fix the street lighting but also fix the traffic island bollards so the lights illuminate the traffic islands as it’s very dangerous.
