Pavement dangerously narrowed by trees

Trees need urgently cutting back, put up with it for a while but now pavement is way too narrow for double pushchairs to negotiate; have to go in road. Parking restrictions sign obscured and lamp post ineffective, both due to hedge encroaching onto pavement. Dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.
