No trace of the public path (Gissing FP 3)

No trace of Gissing FP 3, on the ground. According to https://maps.norfolk.gov.uk/ highways/ the path undergoes a change in direction, just to the south of the field boundary. In the absence of signage, there is absolutely no indication, on the ground, even of the very existence of Gissing FP 3, let alone of its whereabouts. Countryside Act 1968 Section 27(4) mandates local highway authorities to erect signage where it is needed to assist persons unfamiliar with the locality to follow the course of the path. Depending upon the actual whereabouts of the path, it may be obstructed, at this point (the culvert shown in the photo may not necessarily coincide with the correct path line).
