Cars parking across from hectic, tight junction

Cars keep parking directly across from a very narrow junction. I've had my wing mirror hit twice, been hit by cars when cycling as they think they can fit past me when they can't, and seen several children and mums leave the school and narrowly miss being hit because the cars park directly across from the junction which is illegal. It's getting worse as more people park for the school It's been an issue for months now, I have asked people who park there not to but I got abuse
