The section of path shown circled in red (first photo) is blocked, substantilly obstructed. See photos. A wooden stile has been erected, ostensibly for the public path, but (1) it is not actually located on the path line (according to https://maps.norfolk.gov.uk/ highways/ ), and (2) No such limitation is recorded on the Definitive Map and Statement.
