Unable to get parked!

Sent to Fareham Borough Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 534196.

I live down Neptune Road, Fareham, & find it almost impossible after approximately 5pm to get parked outside of my own house due to strangers from the other side roads using ours! I really feel house number markings on the road or some sort of a permit scheme would be a good idea as there are quite a few elderly people living down our road who would find this beneficial.
