Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5339420.

There is a constant flood at the beginning of Hawk End Lane. There is a drain right where the flood is but it is constantly full. This has been going on for 10+ years, however, it is only in the last few years it hasn't subsided. I believe the authorities tried to unblock it recently but failed and have made no further attempts.
