Yet another taxi abusing the taxi rank

This is my second post about the misuse of the taxi rank on sleepers Hill, this problem has been going on for a number of years taxi drivers using the ranks provided as a private car park. Residents have to move their vehicles on match days so the taxis have a place to park. This rank does not get used as a rank as they block access to this road for 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after the match this picture was taken on 17/12/23
