Very large pothole could kill a 2 wheeled road user

This/these Pothole/s has already had temporary repair, but as with many of the temp repairs they don’t last. This is on a Dual Carriage way 40MPH it’s a major route into the City Centre. My brother reported this on the RALF reporting telephone line and he was very clear and precise as to the location of the pothole/s and how dangerous they are. If the potholes are filled with rain water a 2 wheeled road user would not be able to identify how hazardous these holes are.
