Sent to Adur District Council and West Sussex County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 5329.

Youths racing around on uninsured scooters and mini motos. Buzzing walkers and children. Not wearing crash helmets.

Updates

The problem is still as bad with people being intimidated by the youths on quad bikes, scramblers and scooters. The police need to get this under control.
