Building works at 107 Spur Road have resulted in the grass verge being mullered. Please have those responsible make it good on completion of works

Still a large number of vans churning up the grass verge and slope, it’s an absolute mess. Pavements are all disgusting and muddy. Broken paving slabs. This building work has been going on for months and they need to be held accountable for the damage they’ve done.

Why has this been closed? Other than 2 wooden posts being installed, which may have helped before the irresponsible property owner and contractors mullered the grass verge, absolutely nothing has been done. Would you want this outside your house? There are still deep troughs along the entire length of this section od verge but hard to see in the pics due to the freshly cut grass.

There are still multiple vans parked all Over the grass and pavement with the building work going on at number 107 spur road having been going on for at least 18 months I would say. Their house must look immaculate by now but the curb appeal is rubbish because of the thick mud and churned up grass and mud all over the pavement that now has loads of broken paving slabs. Make them pay for the fixes they’ve obviously got plenty of money.
