Double Yellow Lines Error

Reported via mobile in the General road marking and stud issues category anonymously at 14:31, Fri 15 December 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 5324668.

As long ago as 6-8 months double yellow lines were put down in error outside Sawyer Hall/Christchurch, New Market Road, Naislworth GL6 ODQ. The hall and church are used by many elderly residents, some with mobility issues. We have been told that the lines were put down in error and will be removed - when?! The lines cover parking spaces for at least 4 or 5 cars and their removal is required to facilitate ease of access. Please confirm when this will be done as I understand that fines could be imposed when parking on these lines, even though they should never have been applied. Many thanks.
