Multiple potholes

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5322260.

I've reported this previously. Very uneven area just before the entrance to the new homes. There are multiple potholes across this stretch of road. Part of the road was resurfaced but they stopped just before this bad patch. Its truly terrible. There are still large lorries trundling down this road causing damage

  • This stretch of road still hasn't been fixed. You can't avoid it as it stretches across the road. It is truly horrendous

  • This dreadful stretch of road still hasn't been fixed. It's a total nightmare. I slow right down when driving over this. I can't believe it still hasn't been fixed.

  • This section of road is absolutely terrible. It still hasn't been fixed. Cars have to slow down to avoid damaging their vehicle. I live in hope it gets resurfaced soon !!

    Resurfacing now promised in the autumn. This road is used daily by vehicles, large and small to commute between Brighton and the towns to the north. It is very dangerous, narrow and there is no pedestrian footpath. Admittedly WSCC are strapped for cash, however, they are extremely reluctant do take action.

  • This road is an absolute mess full of potholes and patches from what can only be called quick fixes to the mass of holes. The multiple potholes on the bend are a nightmare. You have to slow down to avoid damaging your car. Why these haven't been fixed by now is a mystery.

  • There's meant to be some repairs on this road next week. Whether they will do this area, we'll see
