Paving slabs and plastic bollards

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5322051.

Opposite my house there are multiple paving slabs present with plastic barriers around them, the paving stone and the barriers have been there for over 6 weeks the barriers keep falling over and making it difficult for me to park my cars on my drive. some work was started but no one has come back to finish the work off .
