Road flooding

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5318311.

At this location, after recent heavy rainfall a large puddle is across 3/4 of the road, and failing to drain away. On the opposite side of the road is a deep sink that normally drains this part of the road.
