Bend heading from Sandlow Green to Holmes Chapel on A54

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5317241.

The drain on the left which has been constantly flooding for years now and every year Cheshire East put out an ice sign to avoid liability. Please can you investigate the cause and fix the problem. With the recent wet weather there are now two large pot holes on either side of the carriageway which I can see have caused burst tyres. This road at night is very dark and at 60 mph I am concerned that this will result in further incidents.
