Pedestrians cannot get by whilst he charges his car especially those with pushchairs having to go into the road to get around the car

  • This is an ongoing issue which seems to be disregarded each time its reported.

  • Neighbour has been away for a few weeks therefore he hasn't been seen for some time, there doesn't seem to be an alternative for him going forward so i envisage the issue continuing
