Car parking on Byres Road Cycle Path

The council have spent a fortune updating Byres Road and introducing a cycle lane. Every single time you walk up the street there are cars parked fully on the cycle path (despite the double yellow lines). Cyclists are then forced to fly down the pavement. There is no policing of the area. This has been going on for several months.

What a colossal waste of money building the lane and just letting big 4x4s spend all day parked on it
