Leaves in street left for so long now cannot see kerb!

Leaves in Mayfield Crescent N9 on both sides are covering kerb stones, they are left so long they are going to mulch. This will no dought help clog up drains and is also dangerous for padestrians trying to get across the road as can't see kerb.
