The pot hole has opened up again. Standing by my front door (a few houses away) I can hear vehicles hitting it and every time a van or larger vehicle hits it you can hear ornaments rattling in the house. If a large lorry hits it you can feel the house shake. The pot hole was about 30cm x 30 cm x 4 cm on Tuesday 12/12 and most vehicles would be unable to avoid it if traffic is coming the other way. This is the third time this pothole has opened up (last fixed in April). A proper, sealed repair is required rather than someone slapping some tarmac into it. It is 7am so I cannot get a photo at the moment.
