Blocked cycle lane and pavement outside of Phase One Fitness, Upper Bristol Road

Car drivers blocking both the pavement and dedicated cycle lane, in this case outside the gym. Cyclists are caused to attempt a manoeuvre outside of the cycle lane into the road. The cycle lane humps and bollards make this dangerous to attempt, and car and bus drivers do not expect cyclists to emerge from the cycle lane. This is an occasional occurrence along the length of the segregated lanes. In the case shown, there would be no room for a pram or wheelchair to pass on the pavement. They too would be forced off the pavement, out of the cycle lane and into the road. Registration details of vehicle available.
