Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5309552.

The road to Burnham Market Primary school is flooded again due to poor maintenance, leaves are blocking the drains, we can not drive to the school today. Highways say it’s not their problem. Whose is it?
