Obstruction caused by fence problem

Reported in the Obstruction caused by fence category by Gloucestershire County Council at 14:15, Mon 11 December 2023

FixMyStreet ref: 5306847.

Hi, we are going to be repairing and renewing fences to the footpaths on the field on the north side of Hillend Road Twyning GL20 6JL. Could you advise us as to the recommended width to be allowed for footpaths in Gloucestershire. We intend to fence with stock fencing topped with one strand of barbed wire on the field side of the footpath. Also are footpath sign posts available and at what cost. We hope to get the work done in January 24. Attached is a map of the field and footpaths. Boundary of field in red and footpaths marked in black.
kind regards.
