This is the second time this tree in the last few weeks that large heavy branch’s have fell off this tree.you can see that the tree is rotten branch’s are crumbling and they could hurt someone or damage property and vehicles please can you address this issue ,I did tell the man who inspected the tree about 4 weeks ago that the tree was losing branch’s and is rotten!
