Street light is permanently out problem

email rcvd (see attached trail) 08.12.23 - Hello there,
As you can see from my correspondence below, there are two lights out of order near to where I live.
The first one is in Keynshambury Road (GL52 6HB). It is the only street light we have in this road. And the other is on the London Road, immediately opposite to the entrance to Keynshambury Road.
I hope that you are able to repair these as soon as possible.
