Faded road markings

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5304086.

I have reported this many times over the last two years The whole length of shire lane is need of it’s white line’s middle and edges replaced Slow signs barely visible And the white lines at the edges faded away in some areas These are what motorists rely on in fog to navigate through what is already a treacherous road at the best of times

  • Good morning this report has nit bern dealt with ?? Driving from the down end of shire lane to the Farnborough end White lines on both sides of the road are barely visible along stretches of this road Centre white lines are now non existent on parts of the road Slow signs marked on the road are barely visible White lines in between cats eyes are barely visible During foggy weather and night driving these white lines are need to on what is already a very treacherous Stretch of road

  • The road markings will be addressed at the same time as the proposed repairs to this road, these repairs have been scheduled to the contractors to be completed as soon as practicable.

  • Hi these issues still have not been addressed Roads markings the whole length of shire lane are faded and in most stretches of the road so faded they can’t be seen
