Pot holes

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5303540.

Large pot holes up and down jubilee avenue. Although it is being patched up the road is crumbling. Needs completely resurfacing. I shouldn't have to keep reporting every couple of weeks when more appear.
