Street level flooding occurring semi regularly, on lucraft road

Since september, the road has flooded like this about 5 times, limiting both pedestrian and vehicular access to homes. i have observed several people including BACA students having to climb over houses to be able to walk down the road. this flooding takes place between 2 and 10 lucraft road, usually when it has rained for more than 20 minutes, making the road inaccessible.
