Flooding issues that remains from last 2-3 years. Needs new drain. This would need to come across my paddock. I’m happy for this with agreement. The outfall pipe needs to at a high level into the brook below. The current drain is shared with Wydders Barn septic tank and is not suitable to drain the road. There is a danger to property on both sides of the road. This needs resolved before there is the potential for ice again which happened last year. In 2021 a young girl crashed on the ice here. Please can someone call me to discuss.
