Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5293680.
This pothole was reported in Feb 22, and there were marker cones. I drive this road frequently and I know not to cut close to the edge.
In the heavy rain and poor conditions at 1650 this evening, the cones were down, I was travelling at 35 mph in trafficand I felt a bang across the whole of the front on the car. My vehicle developed a slow (well, fast) puncture and I limped home. I reported to a Police traffic officer in the A54 entrance to Holmes Chapel.
I think the pothole has grown in the recent cold, now wet weather.
I will probably need a new tyre and I shall be making a claim for this.
