Illegally parked cars

As has been the case for the past two years the owners of Primitive Butcher and Two Brothers Motorcycles have, for all intents and purposes, their own private strip of land to park on. Whereas us ordinary citizens who follow the rules and don’t block emergency vehicles by parking on double yellow lines have to park far away from our homes it seems Johnny foreigner can park wherever the hell he likes. The rules simply don’t apply to them.
