Loose manhole cover on small road leading to 8 Cavalier Close

Off Cavalier Close, between nos 8 and 10, there's a small road leading to four or five houses. Every time a car drives up the road, it hits a very loose manhole cover which is really quite noisy. The tarmac surrounding the cover has disintegrated over time, presumably leading to the loose cover.
