Nasty, wheel-damaging pothole

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5288403.

This time, right on the painted 20mph sign, hidden under leaves and standing water.

HCC - I'm sick of flagging this road, which is in dire need of resurfacing. Can you not see the continual patching and understand how much you would save by resurfacing?
