Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5287005.

I have reported this bad flooding twice already . Runoff from fields, ditches blocked etc. Only matter of time before accident and with ice today there is and long traffic queue fir traffic avoiding A14 . Surely something can be done to prevent flooding !?
