Sunset View Doddington Road Stubton. NG23 5BX
Reported via mobile in the Standing water covering more than half the road category by Keith Frith at 08:41, Wed 6 December 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 481604.
The corner on Doddington Road is flooded again and stretches all the way down to Sunset View, this morning it like a skating rink how do you expect a wheelchair person to get through this. Nothing has been done regarding this over the past 5 years why should I pay my council tax it a disgrace. I have reported this to the chair of Stubton parish council in May 2023

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

There are no Highways assets in this area. The surface should drain through a privately owned ditch that is blocked. We are working with the Upper Witham Internal Drainage Board to enforce the clearing of the ditch by the landowner. In the long-term I will raise this area to the asset team to look at additional drainage. Thankyou for reporting this matter.
State changed to: No further action
