  • There is a vehicle in the loading bay by KFC on the Cowley Rd. It was involved in a collision on 25/11/23. When reported to the council about 2 weeks later, I was told it is awaiting recovery. On 03/01/24 it is still there. SIX WEEKS TO ARRANGE RECOVERY?!? And not a single parking ticket. Wonder who it belongs too?
