No lighting on public footpath

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5286046.

No lighting on path between Llanedeyrn and Llanrumney which is a pathway used by many. It's pitch-black there at the moment, dangerous and very frightening. Lots of people use this route to get to/from school, as a shortcut or walking dogs etc. It needs to be addressed ASAP.
