Encroachment

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5284525.

The nettles are encroaching onto the pavement and the highway. They are forcing walkers into the road which has resulted in a couple of near misses. They desperately need cutting back before an accident happens
