Sent to Chichester District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5284162.

Flooding due to blocked or unsuitably sized storm drain. Regularly floods during wet weather. Last year froze making it difficult to stop at the junction to the A272. Accident waiting to happen.
