Blocked Stream/Potential Road Flooding

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5283893.

The stream that runs under the footbridge has been blocked by a downed tree, this has progressively resulted in the stream becoming dammed, backing the water up at the road bridge crossing on the junction of School Lane & Water Lane where the road has come close to flooding during heavy rains.
