Regular noise nuisance

A group of people create a noise nuisance every Monday between 18:30 - 19:30. They play loud, bassy music through a large speaker and talk aggressively using a microphone. I have reported them as a noise nuisance to the council, recorded over 6 weeks (they appear almost every week), but have yet to receive a response. The report was submitted ~2 months ago.
