Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5279978.

This road has started to flood each time it rains. It's only been an issue this winter. No previous problems experienced. Possibly linked to the drainage from the new Berkeley Homes development at the top of the hill. Please can it be fixed as it's the main route into Southwater from the northern villages.
