  • The culvert is still blocked and the only escape for the water is through the wall and fence onto the pavement and road......whats happening please?

The drains in the curb are working but the culvert blockage is stopping the excess water reaching them.....it needs work.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - We have undertaken a further site visit on 8th January . At this time there still was a light flow of water over the footway and into adjacent gully. We have undertaken works to unblock the culvert, however further work is required. We will advise as soon as we have a date for future works.

  • Now that you have found a defect with the blocked culvert, do you have a date yet to carry out the required repairs please? Water is still blocked at the culvert (about 3ft deep) when it rains again it will flood the street once more!
