Numerous potholes and muddy surface.

The lane that links the top of Rock Hill and Cooper's Square is in very poor condition. Twice in the last 18 months OCC have partially filled in very small parts of large pot holes without making any significant difference. The lane is used by many pedestrians including parents and children on way to school. It would be very helpful if a level and mud free surface could be provided.
