A cable is being run across the pavement to charge an EV. This cable is being used after dark and is hard to see. Also, as winter progresses, this cable will be an even greater hazard in icy conditions. This cable is a trip hazard and is a problem for users of wheelchairs, buggies and walking frames and for people with restricted vision. The photo was taken with flash which makes it appear more visible than it really is.
