Broken road surface / sink hole

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5275270.

I told you that this would happen over 2 years ago! When it rains hard water comes up through the road surface. The road surface is now sinking and breaking up. There is NO POINT in repairing the road surface without FIRST MENDING the broken pipe below.
