Sent to Enfield Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5274590.

Landlords and HMO’s dump all their household rubbish here, then rats and foxes pull it out all over the road. Their are no consequences and they continue to do it daily. Good people shouldn’t have to live with filth everywhere.
