Over grown hedgerow and narrow pavements

Along long stretches of this road are narrow pavement surfaces which force pedestrians, cyclist's into road. Removing the hedges would improve. Sections looks like farmers fields already have wooden fencing the other side of hedges. Better pavement access/ cycle lanes could encourage more cyclist's to improve congestion
